Frequently Asked Questions
What is this place?
Imagine if a food hall, farmers market and co-op space had a baby. This is The Station. The Barbour Street/Ground Floor Level is the home to Crescendo, a full service restaurant & music hall and Instant Classic, a record store & bottle shop. The First Floor (Second Street) houses Roast & Roll Cafe, a gourmet cinnamon roll and coffee shop, and Happy Vibes Nutrition, a healthy smoothie and drink spot. A few steps away on the Second Floor, The Station Market will have over 3000 ft of open air farmers market offerings, both locally sourced or specialty goods including butchered meats, fresh breads, milk, butter, cheese, pantry staples, ready to eat food offerings, sauces and rubs, health and wellness products and much more. A percentage of all the proceeds from this space will go to Clayton Area Ministries to support families with food insecurities in Clayton. One jump up, the Third Floor is home to Wisp Candle Studio (pop in to make a candle or host a candle making party) & Empowered Wellness (counseling services by appointment).
Is it Handicap/Stroller Accessible?
There is a full service elevator that directly accesses every floor of the building with ground level access on Barbour Street.
Where do I park?
In addition to on-street parking all around the building, there are three public lots within 1-3 blocks of the Station. Public lots are located on Barbour Street (1 block away), beside the police station (1 block away), around Town Hall (2 blocks way) and throughout Downtown. Look for the blue "P" signs!
What are the hours?
Each suite will have its own operating hours listed on our home page. The Station Market will be open 7 days a week, 8 am – 8 pm!
Station Market, how does it work?
There will be one central point of sale for customers to experience a seamless checkout, except for a few vendors who will sell their own goods. All the offerings will be available 7 days a week, 8 am – 8 pm unless otherwise noted.
How are Station Market Vendor selected?
All vendors must follow the Department of Agriculture or Department of Health regulations depending on their items. We are continuously reviewing applications and will reach out/waitlist as needed to ensure broad product offerings and mixed goods.
